The Moon in Sagittarius picks up on an indulgent, romantic connection between Venus and Jupiter. We may be longing for travel or looking at photos of beautiful, faraway lands. It’s also a day to explore, search, and discover different tastes or foods.
It’s also important to mention that Mars is coming to a standstill, turning retrograde tomorrow at 9 degrees Aquarius. Mars in Aquarius has been a time to take action in our communities, to be inspired to help humanity. Mars in Aquarius can also get a bit heated politically or ideologically. Keep this in mind as Mars turns retrograde since retrogrades are times for us to look at our personal and collective karmic experience with a planet.
Mars isn’t a subtle planet and we may be very quick to share how we feel or what we believe in in the coming days. Group issues or concerns may boil over. You may be reconsidering a friendship or an alliance. (By the way, Mars will be retrograde until August 27.)
That said, we’ve got a lot going on this week in addition to Mars Retrograde. The Sun and Saturn will face off on June 27 and there’s a Capricorn Full Moon on June 28 — both will be a big check in on our Saturn in Capricorn story. Are we holding ourselves to a higher standard? Are we growing up and getting our act together? Saturn will let us know.
PS — I’m doing a webinar on June 30 called The Gateway to get you ready for eclipse season, which happens every six months. Eclipses mark the major events of our lives. They send us in new directions. They close one door and open another. I’ll be talking more about what eclipses mean as well as how you can work with the energy for your sign. Details and registration below.
