The Moon travels from Leo to Virgo today and we’ve nearly come full circle since the solar eclipse on September 21. The Virgo Moon helps us to revisit its themes of organization and detail, craft and perfection, themes that will be with us into 2026.
Each sign of the zodiac represents a necessary step, a key that unlocks new spaces to discover. The Moon travels the zodiac in 28-29 days and so we scale its steps each lunar month. With the Moon in Virgo, we begin to close out a cycle that began in September while preparing for the next to come, a Libra New Moon on October 21.
An eclipse, however, works on a six month scale, taking us from solar eclipse to solar eclipse. We’ve got a while to go before we reach the February 17, 2026 solar eclipse, this time in Aquarius. Virgo says we have work to do in the interim. Use the Virgo Moon to revisit projects and initiatives that help to bring more order to our internal and external lives.
Volunteer, donate old items, clean out the cabinets, schedule doctor appointments, reach towards anything that helps you to become a better version of yourself.
