Venus trades Pisces for Aries, endings for new beginnings. It’s a reboot for events and experiences from early January as well as late March. Time to put our values into action, to advocate for our needs. Charm and grace become a full contact sport.
Seeing how Venus is the ruler of Taurus Season as well as the recent new moon, we can expect a change in the overall tone. When Venus was in Pisces, it was in the sign of its exaltation. The dreaminess of Pisces paired well with the earthy sensuality of Taurus. But we haven’t been in any rush the last week, too.
In Aries, Venus initiates and creates forward movement and new beginnings. It’s more active and perhaps even more confrontational, especially with Mars and Pluto still in opposition.
Venus will return to the degree that it began its retrograde, 10 Aries, on May 16. It will also activate the energies of the solar eclipse at time, which means that we may see more clearly what type of new beginnings the Aries solar eclipse seeded in our lives.
