The Aquarius Sun meets up with the Lunar Nodes, a current of fate that brings us back to the eclipses. We’re officially at the midpoint between the October-November and the April-May eclipses. Doors are opening and closing. Life may be turning a corner.
If astrology is about time and our relationship with time, then eclipses punctuate time. They bring to a close, sometimes swiftly so, a chapter of time that began six months before. So, for example, if the eclipses of October-November 2022 started a six month chapter, they brought to a close another chapter that began in April-May 2022.
What we can expect is to live our lives through the archetype that the solar eclipse occurred in. And if you remember your astrology, the solar eclipse on October 25 was in Scorpio at 2 degrees, which means that we’re living life through Scorpio’s themes of death, rebirth, regeneration, trust, power, and intimacy into April 2023.
Getting the hang of it?
So here we are at the halfway mark, a power point in a current of time and energy that can make life turn a corner. People may come in and out. We may reach major personal milestones. The story may quickly change.
That’s the thing about eclipses. They don’t always reveal themselves at the exact moment of the eclipse. The October 25 solar eclipse and the November 8 lunar eclipse were a seed that needed the right moment. So, here we are.
That said, Mercury makes its last square to Chiron today. We may need to be vulnerable and open up and speak about something. We may need to find the courage to make the right choice to go forward.
Lastly, the Sun gets a boost from Mars this weekend, a rush of inspiration and creativity after Mars’s two month retrograde. Be ready to leap forward.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for January 28-30, 2023.
