The Moon moves into curious Gemini and it’s a check in with Mercury Retrograde. Do we need to go back and revisit something from the past? Restart an old project? Clear space for something new? Find a new approach to an old problem?
Mercury isn’t the only planet retrograde right now. Mars is in its last two weeks of its retrograde in Gemini, a sign it’s occupied since August 20 and started its retrograde on October 30. Despite the prevailing viewpoint that retrogrades are a bad period, instead they are a yin phase, a time to go within and reflect and work through old stumbling blocks.
Mars’s time in Gemini has been a reassessment of how we think and act, the choices we make, and how those choices impact others. Typically Mars Retrograde means that we can’t push forward in the way that we would like. This period has been a little challenging because a square to Neptune means that we’re learning the hard way that we can’t always be in control.
