Normally Mercury is a quick moving planet. It touches on themes of communication and movement; its effects are a bit ephemeral. But Mercury is moving a much more slowly after turing direct on Monday, January 25. And since its lining up with Uranus and Pluto, we’re feeling a major impact on our thinking, communication. In short, this is a week for major revelations.
Like the blindfold snatched off, Pluto and Uranus have the power to suddenly reveal that which has been hidden. Pluto is the underworld after all. Uranus is sudden an unexpected events. A revelation can be an epiphany a flash of insight as much as it can be a revealing text or conversation.
But do keep in mind of these incredibly powerful energies of transmutation available. Something about our thinking, word, and choices has to evolve. Pluto and Uranus are non negotiable.
With that in mind, how can we use our words in a different way? How can we make different choices or take responsibility for the choices we’ve already making? If you’re a Gemini or Virgo or have major natal influences in those signs, you’re feeling this. Mercury will make a conjunction to Pluto on Saturday, January 30 and a square to Uranus on Sunday, January 31.
