We’re in the last day of Sagittarius. We’re also the last day before a switch in the season — winter in the northern hemisphere and summer in the southern. As a result, we may feel a push to wrap up a story we’ve been working on or a sense that something is about to change.
Before we can get to Capricorn, we have to take a serious look at Sagittarius. As the sign that teaches us about beliefs, we’ve certainly seen the darkest that Sagittarius has to offer — fanatics, polemics, cynics, and zealots. But what of the brightest? Sagittarius in its highest expression opens us to the wonder of the world. It’s wisdom gained from seeking truth through travel, philosophy, education. It’s the inspiration that there has to be something better if we only have faith to take the next step in the journey. This is the Sagittarius that lifts its eyes upward instead of down. Keep this in mind today.
Tomorrow we move on to Capricorn, a sign that we’ve had to do a lot of tough work in since 2008 courtesy of Pluto in Capricorn. With Mercury Retrograde, also in the sign of Capricorn, we’ve got some soul searching to do into the New Year. How will we make different choices? How will we change the narrative?
