Over the next few days Mercury will catch up with Uranus and Pluto, an electric current of evolution and transformation. Normally Mercury transits are a bit ephemeral — the planet is a bit of a quick mover — but Mercury is starting to slow down in preparation of its January 5 retrograde.
Mercury is the ruling planet of Gemini and Virgo, two signs that will feel energetic squeeze to make a change. Even if you’re not a Gemini or a Virgo, we should keep in mind that Mercury is the planet of communication. Uranus and Pluto will push us to be authentic, to reveal, to cut through artifice, to get down to the truth of a matter. So, be honest this weekend. Have a powerful heart-to-heart. Don’t be afraid to think differently.
Even in these stormy cosmic waters we have such a deep opportunity to make a shift.
